From small renovation projects to large scale developments, Paul Highfield has built his career by learning through real projects and sharing that experience with others.
Paul Highfield began his journey in property development in the late 1980s. After leaving school at fifteen, he entered the building industry and quickly developed a strong understanding of how projects are built from the ground up.
By the age of nineteen, he had completed his first development project. Over the years, he worked across a wide range of developments, learning through both successful projects and challenging market conditions.
As his experience grew, Paul moved beyond construction into full development. He learned how to identify opportunities, manage risk, and make decisions that shape real projects from start to finish.
Today, Paul is one of the founding Directors of the award-winning Rockwell Homes, a leading housebuilder in the Home Counties. His journey reflects decades of real-world learning, built not though theory, but through hands-on experience across every stage of development.
Completed his first development at nineteen, laying the foundations for a long career in property.
Paul has a current development pipeline valued at more than £200 million.

You will learn everything you need to know about property development and doing deals. We don’t cover areas such as buy to rent, how to be a landlord or HMOs for example.
No, you just need an understanding of how to find and secure the right deal. Find the deal, secure the deal and people have to work with you. Remember, education and support are far more important than big cash reserves.

In a number of ways. We don’t just offer courses. Our aim is to support you on your journey, helping you to avoid costly mistakes and maximise the potential of the deals you do. We are here to support you throughout your journey and that’s why we offer so much mentoring, networking, ongoing education and support before and during your deals. You’ll also become part of an incredibly supportive community who are on your side 100%.
It can be quicker but, realistically, even our own deals tend to see something tangible between 9 months and two years. That’s why we suggest a commitment to 2 years of membership. You can choose after your first year though, it’s up to you.
